1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Autowash Management LLC (“Autowash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Autowash mobile application (the “App”), Autowash website, and related services that do not require a paid membership.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App or any associated services.

These Terms apply to all App users, including but not limited to individuals who:

Use the App to locate or access Autowash facilities and services.

Purchase single-use washes, bundles, retail items, or other one-time services.
-
Participate in the Autowash Loyalty Rewards program; or
-
Interact with Autowash through any digital channel provided via the App.

Autowash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time as described in Section 12 (Changes to Terms and App). Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. USE OF THE APP
2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Use of the App is intended solely for individuals located within the United States and its territories. Users outside these areas may access the App at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.2. Account Creation and Responsibility
​
Certain App features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly to maintain its accuracy.
Each account is personal to the registered user and may not be shared or transferred. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Autowash immediately via the contact methods listed in Section 13 (Contact Information).
Autowash reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account containing false or incomplete information, or that is used in violation of these Terms.
2.3. Prohibited Activities

While using the App, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Use the App for fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

Harass, threaten, or harm other users or Autowash employees.
-
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App, servers, or networks connected to it.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Autowash system, data, or user information.
-
Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
-
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
-
Use any automated means (including bots, scripts, or scrapers) to access or collect information from the App.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to Autowash services, as outlined in Section 10 (Termination).
2.4. Availability and Maintenance

Autowash strives to maintain continuous App availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Periodic maintenance, updates, or outages may temporarily limit functionality. Autowash is not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions, provided reasonable steps are taken to restore service.
3. PURCHASES & RETAIL REFUNDS
3.1. Product and Service Listings
The App may display products or services available for one-time purchase, including but not limited to single washes, add-ons, merchandise, or promotional offers. Descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Autowash reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
3.2. Payment Authorization
You must provide valid payment information to complete purchases within the App. By submitting payment details, you authorize Autowash to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees. Autowash uses third-party payment processors for all transactions and does not store or handle sensitive card data directly.
3.3. Pay-Per-Wash Purchases
Purchases made through the Pay-Per-Wash feature are considered final sales. Pay-Per-Wash transactions are processed immediately upon confirmation in the App. Refunds are not provided for completed washes or user errors, including selection of the wrong wash type, location, or vehicle.
If a wash fails to start due to verified technical malfunction, please contact Customer Success within 48 hours for review and potential credit issuance. Pay-Per-Wash purchases are not part of any membership program and do not confer membership privileges.
3.4. Retail Products and Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise purchased via the App or at Autowash locations is subject to availability. Orders may be accepted, rejected, or canceled at Autowash’s discretion. Shipping timelines and carrier performance are estimates only; Autowash is not responsible for delays or lost packages once handed to a shipping provider.
Refunds for physical items are processed only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
3.5. Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions
Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers:

Have no cash value.
-
Cannot be redeemed for refunds or credits once used.
-
Are subject to expiration or withdrawal without notice.
-
May apply only to first-time users or specific product types.
For recurring discounts labeled “lifetime,” the discount amount applies to the current retail price in effect at the time of billing, which remains subject to future price adjustments.

3.6. Order Confirmation
Placing an order through the App constitutes an offer to purchase. Receipt of a confirmation message does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Autowash reserves the right to verify payment details and to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
3.7. Availability of Services
Not all products or wash types are available at every Autowash location. Operations may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, upgrades, weather, or other circumstances necessary to maintain facility safety and function. Refunds or credits are not issued for closures resulting from these conditions.
4. LOYALTY PROGRAM
4.1. Overview
The Autowash Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) is operated by Autowash Management LLC (“Autowash,” “we,” or “us”) and is available to all registered app users automatically upon account creation. Participation in the Program is voluntary and provided as a customer benefit.

The Program is intended for personal use only and limited to one account per individual. Businesses, groups, and Fleet users are not eligible for participation unless explicitly authorized by Autowash in writing.
​
4.2. Enrollment and Account Information
​
All users who create an account in the App are automatically enrolled in the Program.
​
During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, valid email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details.
​
If you choose to opt out of the Program, you may do so at any time by contacting Autowash via the methods described in Section 13 (Contact Information). Opting out will result in the loss of any unredeemed points or rewards at the time of removal.
​
4.3. Earning Clean Credits
​
Loyalty points, known as Autowash Clean Credits, are earned at a rate determined by Autowash, generally equal to one (1) Clean Credit per dollar spent through the App on eligible purchases.
​
Eligible transactions include retail or Pay-Per-Wash purchases completed in the App and charged to your stored payment method.
​
Clean Credits are not earned on:

Taxes, fees, or tips;
-
Transactions completed outside the App;
-
Fleet or commercial program purchases; or
-
Other exclusions specified by Autowash from time to time.
​
Autowash may from time to time issue promotional Clean Credits for special events or marketing programs.
4.4. Redeeming Clean Credits
​
Clean Credits may be redeemed only through the App in accordance with the redemption options available at the time of use. Clean Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, sold, or combined with other accounts.
Clean Credits expire twelve (12) months after the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated. Expired Clean Credits cannot be reinstated or refunded.
Autowash may modify redemption tiers or reward structures at any time, consistent with Section 12 (Changes to Terms and App).
4.5. Communications

By participating in the Program, you consent to receive electronic communications regarding Program status, available rewards, and promotional opportunities. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by following the instructions provided in such messages.
​
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of essential Program or account-related notifications (e.g., reward confirmations or security updates).
​
4.6. Termination and Modification
​
Autowash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason.
Autowash may revoke your participation if it determines that you have:

Misused or manipulated the Program;
-
Provided false or misleading information;
-
Engaged in fraudulent activity; or
-
Violated these Terms or any applicable law.

Upon termination of the Program or your account, all unredeemed Clean Credits will automatically expire.
​
4.7. Limitation of Liability
​
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autowash is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim related to participation in the Program, including loss of Clean Credits or rewards due to technical issues, account errors, or termination of the Program.
5. CONNECTIVITY
5.1. Cellular and Data Requirements
The App requires a stable cellular or internet data connection to operate. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a mobile device and data plan sufficient to support App functionality.
Autowash is not responsible for:

Poor or inconsistent cellular coverage;
-
Data limitations imposed by your carrier;
-
Device-specific issues preventing App use; or
-
Any inability to complete a purchase or start a wash due to connectivity limitations.
Refunds, credits, or compensation are not provided for issues resulting from a user’s device, carrier, or connectivity conditions.
5.2. Complimentary Wi-Fi Access
At select Autowash locations, we may offer complimentary Wi-Fi as a courtesy to customers.
Access to complimentary Wi-Fi:

Is not guaranteed at all locations;
-
May require a verified email and agreement to additional terms at the time of connection;
-
Is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Use of complimentary Wi-Fi is at your own risk. Autowash is not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or other security issues resulting from use of public or shared networks.
5.3. Service Interruptions and Maintenance
Autowash may perform maintenance, updates, repairs, or upgrades that temporarily affect App functionality or availability.
This may result in:

Inability to load the App;
-
Delays in processing purchases;
-
Temporary closure of wash bays or equipment;
-
Location-level outages caused by power loss, weather, or technical failure.
Autowash is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions that occur due to maintenance, repairs, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.4. User Responsibility for Technical Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets current technical requirements to run the App.
This includes:

Operating system updates;
-
Storage space required for the App;
-
Allowing necessary permissions (e.g., location access);
-
Keeping the App updated through your device’s app store.
Functionality may be reduced or unavailable if required device permissions are disabled.
6. PRIVACY, DATA SECURITY & ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
6.1. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is subject to the Autowash Privacy Policy, which explains how Autowash collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information. The Privacy Policy applies to information gathered through the App, the Autowash website, and any related digital tools we operate.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the Privacy Policy. Autowash may update that policy from time to time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
6.2. Information We Collect
Autowash may collect the following categories of information when you use the App or website:
(a) Information You Provide. Examples include:

Payment information (processed by third-party processors; Autowash does not store sensitive card data)
(b) Information Automatically Collected. Examples include:

This information helps Autowash improve App functionality, security, performance, and user experience.

6.3. How We Use Your Information
Autowash may use collected information to:

Conduct usage analysis, diagnostics, and performance monitoring

Comply with legal requirements
Autowash does not sell or share your personal information except as described in the Privacy Policy or where required by law.
6.4. Data Security
Autowash uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information submitted through the App. However, no system is completely secure, and Autowash cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
You are responsible for:

Protecting your login credentials

Securing your device against unauthorized access

Using updated software and security tools
If Autowash becomes aware of a data breach, we may notify affected users by email or through notices within the App, consistent with applicable laws.
6.5. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, or may interact with external systems such as payment processors. Autowash is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services. You should review the privacy policies of any third party before providing information to them.
6.6. Consent to Receive Electronic Communications
By creating an account or using the App, you consent to receive electronic communications related to:

Account activity

Purchases and receipts
-
Loyalty program activity
-
Security alerts
-
Updates to policies or terms
-
App-related announcements or service notifications
You may request paper copies of communications at no charge by contacting Autowash in writing at the address provided in Section 13 (Contact Information).
You may withdraw consent to electronic communications at any time; however, doing so may limit your ability to use portions of the App that rely on digital communication.
6.7. Communications Using Automated or AI-Based Technology
Autowash may send certain communications—such as notifications, reminders, customer support outreach, or service updates—using automated systems or AI-based technology. These communications may occur via:

SMS/text

Phone call

In-App notifications
You may opt out of non-essential automated communications at any time using the instructions provided in the message or by contacting Autowash through the channels in Section 13 (Contact Information).
Opting out of essential communications (for example, security alerts) is not permitted.
6.8. SMS/Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile number, you agree that Autowash may send:

Account-related messages

Verification codes
-
Operational alerts
-
Optional marketing messages (if opted in)
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
To stop receiving marketing texts, reply STOP to any message.
You may re-enroll at any time by updating your communication preferences or contacting Autowash directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. GAMIFICATION, PROMOTIONAL GAMES & GIVEAWAYS
7.1. Overview

The App may include optional gamified features, promotional games, or sweepstakes-style giveaways (“Promotions”). Participation is voluntary and may include:

Daily chance-based games (e.g., “Spin-to-Win”)
-
Random giveaways of tickets, merchandise, or physical products
-
Entry-based promotions tied to quizzes, surveys, or forms
-
Optional donation add-ons at checkout that provide entry
Participation in Promotions is free unless otherwise stated. No purchase is required to play or enter.
7.2. Eligibility
Any registered App user in good standing is eligible to participate in Promotions unless otherwise restricted by specific promotional rules. Autowash may restrict participation for users who violate these Terms or attempt to manipulate or interfere with Promotions.
7.3. Daily Game (“Spin-to-Win”)
Eligible users receive one (1) free play per day. Prizes may include Autowash account credits, Clean Credits, or physical items. Game outcomes are determined by probability-based digital mechanics. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries or plays and may vary over time. Autowash may change prize types, amounts, or frequency at any time.
7.4. Digital Rewards
Digital rewards (including account credits or Clean Credits):

Are automatically applied to the user’s App account
-
Have no cash value outside the App
-
Are non-transferable
-
Cannot be redeemed for cash
-
May be subject to expiration rules under Section 4 (Loyalty Program)
7.5. Physical Prize Rewards
If a Promotion awards a physical prize:

Autowash will attempt to contact the winner within 72 hours using the contact information on the user’s account.
-
Winners must respond to coordinate pickup or delivery.
-
If Autowash does not receive a response within seven (7) business days, the prize is forfeited, with no replacement offered.
-
Autowash may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
7.6. Random Giveaways & Special Promotions
Autowash may hold limited-time Giveaway events (“Giveaways”) where users can earn entries by:

Completing quizzes, surveys, or forms
-
Participating in promotional challenges
-
Completing optional donation add-ons during a purchase
-
Responding to in-App prompts
7.6.1. No Purchase Necessary
If a Giveaway includes a purchase-based entry method, Autowash will always provide a free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). See disclaimers for the specific giveaway for additional terms and conditions.
7.6.2. AMOE – Alternate Method of Entry
Users may obtain one (1) free entry by submitting a written request including:

Full name

Email address used in the App

Phone number
-
Name of the Giveaway
Requests must be mailed to the address listed in Section 13 (Contact Information) and received by the deadline listed for the Giveaway. One AMOE entry per person per Giveaway unless otherwise stated.
7.6.3. Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries (earned or AMOE). Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
7.7. No Purchase Necessary / No Increased Chances
Purchasing products, services, or donation add-ons does not increase the odds of winning any Promotion or Giveaway. Autowash Promotions do not constitute gambling and do not involve wagering or betting.
7.8. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:

Create or use multiple accounts to obtain extra entries
-
Attempt to circumvent daily limits
-
Use bots or automated tools
-
Tamper with or reverse-engineer promotional mechanisms
Violation may result in loss of rewards and/or account suspension per Section 11 (Termination).
7.9. Modification or Cancellation
Autowash may modify, suspend, or cancel Promotions at any time, consistent with Section 12 (Changes to Terms and App).
7.10. Limitation of Liability
Autowash is not responsible for:
Lost, delayed, or misdirected AMOE entries, inability to contact a winner due to outdated user information, technical errors, outages, or interruptions, user device or connectivity issues, and forfeited prizes
7.11. Final Determinations
All decisions by Autowash regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize distribution, or interpretation of Promotion rules are final and binding.
8. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
8.1. “As-Is” and “As-Available” Basis

The App, its features, digital tools, and any content provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Autowash makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autowash disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement
-
Accuracy or completeness of information
8.2. No Guarantee of Continuous Access
Autowash does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to the App
-
Error-free functionality
-
That defects or issues will be corrected

That the App will be compatible with every device or operating system
-
That the App or connected systems will always process transactions successfully
-
App availability may be affected by:
-
Connectivity conditions
-
Device limitations
-
System maintenance
-
Technical issues
-
Location equipment outages
-
Weather or environmental factors
-
Third-party service interruptions
Autowash is not responsible for losses resulting from temporary or extended interruptions.
8.3. Accuracy of Information
Autowash strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including pricing, offers, rewards, and location availability.
However, Autowash does not warrant that such information will always be:

Accurate

Complete
-
Current
-
Error-free
Autowash reserves the right to correct errors, modify content, or update information at any time without prior notice.
8.4. User Responsibility and Conduct
Users are responsible for:

Ensuring their own compliance with all posted on-site signage and warnings

Following App instructions and prompts
-
Keeping account information accurate
-
Maintaining the security of their devices and login credentials
-
Ensuring safe operation of their vehicle when interacting with Autowash facilities
-
Autowash is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by:

User negligence
-
Misuse of the App
-
Failure to follow instructions or posted signage
-
Operation of the user’s vehicle on Autowash property
8.5. Third-Party Content and Services
The App may include links to or interactions with third-party websites, tools, payment processors, networks, or service providers.
Autowash does not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party:

Content
-
Policies
-
Availability
-
Security
-
Functionality
You access third-party systems at your own risk.
8.6. No Professional Advice
Any recommendations, notifications, or informational content presented in the App is provided for general informational purposes only. It should not be viewed as professional, technical, or legal advice. Users should rely on their own judgment in all matters involving their vehicles or use of Autowash services.
8.7. Disclaimer of Responsibility for On-Site Conditions
Autowash is not responsible for:

Weather conditions
-
On-site ground conditions (e.g., water, snow, ice)
-
Temporarily unavailable equipment
-
Obstructions or hazards caused by other customers
-
Vehicle damage caused by user operation or third-party negligence
Users are expected to exercise caution and follow all posted signage and instructions while on Autowash property.
8.8. Vehicle Attachments, Modifications & Customer Liability
Users are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with all posted and digital safety requirements, including restrictions related to vehicle attachments, aftermarket modifications, or items extending beyond the vehicle body. Use of a wash that is incompatible with the vehicle’s equipment or attachments is at the user’s own risk.
Failure to follow posted or digital warnings, safety prompts, or wash-type restrictions may result in damage to Autowash property or equipment. Users acknowledge that they, or their automobile insurance carrier, may be financially responsible for any damage caused as a result of negligence, misuse, or failure to obey such warnings and requirements. Autowash is not liable for damage resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with safety instructions or wash-type requirements.
9. SCRATCH FREE GUARANTEE
9.1. Overview

Autowash offers a promotional “Scratch Free Guarantee” for eligible touch-free automatic wash services.
This marketing guarantee means: “Scratch Free Guaranteed or your wash is free.”
This Guarantee is a promotional benefit only and is subject to the limitations and conditions described below.

9.2. Guarantee Applies Only to Touch-Free Washes
​
The Scratch Free Guarantee applies exclusively to Autowash touch-free automatic wash services.
The Guarantee does not apply to:
-
Self-serve wash bays
-
Any wash process involving brushes or user-operated tools
-
Any interaction or contact not part of the touch-free wash system
-
If a user chooses to use brushes or equipment in self-serve bays or express wash the Guarantee does not apply.
9.3. Preexisting Vehicle Conditions
Autowash is not responsible for:
-
Preexisting scratches, dents, chips, abrasions, or surface defects
-
Wear or damage caused by normal driving, weather, road debris, or environmental exposure
-
Scratches revealed because the wash removed wax, fillers, or temporary coatings applied by the user or third party
-
Preexisting damage that becomes more visible after dirt, dust, or debris is cleaned from the vehicle surface
A wash cannot cause scratches when no physical contact occurs.
9.4. How Touch-Free Washes Operate
Touch-free Autowash systems use water, soap, and air only. These materials cannot cause scratching or physical abrasion to the vehicle’s paint or clear coat. However, the wash may remove waxes, silicones, masking agents, temporary fillers, or dirt that had previously obscured defects. Removal of such materials is normal and does not constitute scratching or new damage.
9.5. High-Definition Video Verification
Autowash facilities use high-definition video systems to record each wash for quality assurance and safety. These recordings allow Autowash to verify whether any object, part, or equipment made physical contact with the vehicle. If video review confirms no contact occurred, the Scratch Free Guarantee does not apply, since scratching cannot occur without physical contact. Autowash is not obligated by state or federal law to provide surveillance footage, release quality-assurance recordings, or share internal video without a formal legal subpoena. All video recordings are used solely for internal security, safety, and claim evaluation purposes and may contain identifying information of other customers or vehicles. For privacy and security reasons, Autowash does not release or distribute these recordings to customers or third parties except as required by law.
9.6. Filing a Guarantee Claim
To submit a claim under the Scratch Free Guarantee, you must:

Contact Autowash within 48 hours of the wash in question;
-
Provide identifying details, including the wash location, date, time, and receipt or transaction record;
-
Allow Autowash to review site video and inspect the vehicle (in person or via photo/video submission).
Failure to provide necessary information may delay or invalidate a claim.
9.7. Guarantee Remedy
If Autowash determines that:
Contact occurred during the touch-free wash and such contact could reasonably have caused a scratch or surface defect then the maximum remedy available under this Guarantee is a refund equal to the amount paid for that individual wash.
Autowash does not provide:
-
Repairs, touch-up work, detailing, repainting, or correction
-
Compensation exceeding the wash price
-
Coverage for preexisting damage or defects
-
Coverage for damage unrelated to wash equipment or caused by user operation of the vehicle
Refunds are issued only for the wash associated with the verified claim.
10. CLAIMS PROCESS & INCIDENT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
To initiate any claim or report of damage, injury, or other incident occurring at an Autowash facility, the customer must complete the official Autowash Claim Form (“Claim Form”). This requirement applies to all incidents, including but not limited to:

Scratch Free Guarantee submissions

Alleged damage from wash equipment or wash processes
-
Equipment malfunction claims
-
Customer-caused or negligence-based damage
-
Slip-and-fall or trip incidents
-
Personal injury or medical incidents
-
Damage to personal property
-
Any other on-site incident requiring investigation
Completion of the Claim Form is required before Autowash will begin any review or initiate any investigation.
10.1 Claim Form Required for All Claims
Customers must fully complete and submit the Claim Form to open any claim. Autowash will not begin reviewing or investigating any incident until the Claim Form is received. Failure to submit the Claim Form, or failure to provide all required information, may result in Autowash declining to open or review the claim.
10.2 Insurance Information Requirement
The Claim Form may request automobile insurance, homeowner’s insurance, liability insurance, or medical insurance information as appropriate to the reported incident. This information is required regardless of fault.
Autowash uses this information to coordinate with insurance professionals, as neither Autowash nor its employees act as licensed insurance adjusters.
10.3 Right to Decline Incomplete or Unsupported Claims
Autowash reserves the right to refuse to process, investigate, or advance any claim that is incomplete, submitted with inaccurate information, or lacking required documentation, including insurance information, photographs, or supporting details.
10.4 Cooperation Requirement
Customers must reasonably cooperate with the claims process, including responding to requests for additional information or documentation. Autowash may close a claim if the customer fails to respond, declines to provide required information, or is otherwise uncooperative in the investigation process.
10.5 Use of Video and System Review
Autowash may use high-definition video recordings, system logs, and other operational data to evaluate the validity of a claim. Autowash is not obligated to release or provide such footage except pursuant to a formal legal subpoena.
10.6 No Guarantee of Outcome
Submission of a Claim Form does not guarantee compensation, reimbursement, repair, or acceptance of liability. Autowash will evaluate each claim based on available evidence, including video review, system data, staff reports, and information provided by the customer. Autowash may also rely on the findings, recommendations, or determinations of the customer’s automobile, liability, homeowner’s, or medical insurance adjuster.
Autowash reserves the right to deny any claim if the evidence or adjuster recommendations do not support Autowash responsibility or if the claim is inconsistent with operational data, safety rules, or posted signage.
10.7 Claim Reporting Timeframe
All incidents must be reported to Autowash within a reasonable period of time, typically no later than 72 hours from the date of the incident, in order to be eligible for review. Claims submitted after an extended delay may be declined due to insufficient evidence, changes in vehicle condition, or the inability to verify the circumstances of the reported incident.
Autowash reserves the right to deny any claim that is submitted outside a reasonable reporting window, including claims submitted weeks or months after the alleged incident.
11. TERMINATION
11.1. Termination by Autowash

Autowash may suspend or terminate your access to the App, your account, or any related services at any time, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms;

You misuse or tamper with App features or digital promotions;

Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected;

Your account information is inaccurate or incomplete;

Required communications cannot be delivered to the contact information on file;

Autowash discontinues or modifies services.
Upon termination, all access to the App and any unredeemed rewards, Credits, or promotional entries may be revoked at Autowash’s discretion.
11.2. Termination by User
You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account, contact Autowash through the channels listed in Section 13 (Contact Information). Account deletion does not constitute membership cancellation, which is governed separately in the Membership Terms.
11.3. Effect of Termination
Termination does not entitle the user to compensation for lost rewards, promotions, or digital items. Autowash is not responsible for any loss resulting from termination or suspension.
11.4. Survival
Any sections of these Terms that by nature should survive termination—including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—will remain in effect even after your account is terminated.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND APP
Autowash may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, revised Terms may be posted in the App or on the Autowash website, or communicated through email, SMS, or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may request account closure under Section 11 (Termination). Autowash may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, its features, digital promotions, or rewards programs at any time without liability.

14. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
These Autowash Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of any Autowash subscription plan (“Membership”). These Membership Terms apply in addition to the Autowash App Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, these Membership Terms control where the issue relates specifically to Membership. By enrolling in a Membership, you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms.
1. Membership Overview
1.1 Membership Required App Use
An active Autowash App account is required to purchase and use any Membership. App setup and acceptance of the Autowash App Terms & Conditions must be completed before enrollment.
1.2 Membership Benefits
Membership benefits vary by plan and include access to specific wash levels, discounts, self-serve time, loyalty earning, and promotional offers. Exact inclusions and limitations are displayed in the Autowash App and on www.autowashco.com
1.3 Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only
Memberships are intended for individual, personal use only. Use for commercial purposes—including rideshare, taxi, limo, car-for-hire, contractor, or professional fleet activity—is prohibited unless enrolled in an approved Autowash Fleet Account.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Members must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 Device Requirement
A data-enabled mobile device running Apple iOS or Android is required to redeem Membership benefits.
2.3 Payment Method
A valid payment method capable of automated recurring billing is required and must remain updated at all times.
2.4 Account Security
Memberships are tied to the individual Member’s App account and may not be shared, transferred, or accessed across multiple individuals.
3. Daily Wash Limit, “Unlimited” Definition & Usage Rules
3.1 Definition of Unlimited
For purposes of Autowash Membership plans, including marketing language such as “Unlimited” or “Go Unlimited,” “Unlimited” is defined as up to one (1) automatic wash per calendar day per active Membership. The daily wash allowance resets at 11:59 PM Mountain Time each night.
Unlimited does not mean unrestricted or multiple washes per day.
3.2 Daily Wash Limit
Members may redeem one (1) included wash per day according to the Membership plan selected. Attempting to use multiple devices, accounts, or methods to exceed the daily limit is prohibited.
3.3 Additional Washes
Members may purchase additional washes at a discounted Member rate of 25% off the regular retail price. Additional washes are normally non-refundable. However, if an extra wash is purchased due to an operational issue occurring after hours, a technical malfunction, or other circumstances beyond the Member’s control, Autowash may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund after reviewing video footage and confirming that the included daily
Membership wash was not redeemed.
3.4 Safety & Attachment Compliance
Members must follow all posted and digital safety instructions, including restrictions related to vehicle attachments or modifications. Selecting a wash type that is incompatible with the Member’s vehicle may result in damage for which the Member or their insurance may be financially responsible (see Section 8).
3.5 Device Restriction
Membership benefits may only be used on a single device linked to the Member’s account. Sharing, transferring, or attempting to access Membership benefits across multiple devices or individuals is not permitted.
4. Billing & Payments
4.1 Recurring Billing
Membership fees are billed automatically to the payment method on file according to the billing cycle selected at enrollment. Monthly plans bill on a recurring monthly cycle, while semi-annual or annual plans (if offered and selected by the Member) bill in advance for the applicable term.

Billing Renewal
Your billing date is shown in the Autowash App. Charges may occur at any time on that date.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Autowash may attempt to recharge the card or payment method on file. Membership access may be paused until a valid payment method is provided. Continued failure to resolve a past-due balance may result in Membership termination, and unpaid amounts may be referred to a collections process in accordance with applicable laws.
4.4 Price Changes
Autowash may modify Membership pricing at any time. Members will be notified no less than 30 days prior to the effective date of any rate changes.
4.5 Taxes & Fees
Applicable taxes will be added to Membership charges where required.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Right to Cancel
Members may cancel their plan at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email using the contact information provided in Section 12 (Contact Information). Cancellation requests made through other channels may not be considered received unless Autowash expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
5.2 Cancellation Deadline
Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. If submitted after, cancellation takes effect on the next billing cycle.
5.3 Incomplete Requests
Incomplete or inaccurate cancellation requests (missing name, phone number, or membership email) may delay processing.
5.4 App Deletion Is Not Cancellation
Deleting or uninstalling the App, changing phones, or changing phone numbers does not cancel Membership. Members remain responsible for charges until cancellation is processed by Autowash.
6. Add-Ons & Extra Charges
6.1 Optional Add-Ons
Certain services, add-ons, and upgrades not included with Membership plans may be selected at the Member’s discretion and will be billed separately to the payment method on file at the time of use.
6.2 Non-Refundable Transactions
Add-on purchases are non-refundable once completed. However, if an add-on is purchased due to an operational issue or technical malfunction, Autowash may, at its sole discretion, review high-definition video footage and system activity logs to determine whether the add-on was delivered as intended. If video or system verification confirms that the add-on was not provided or was unusable due to an Autowash system failure, Autowash may choose to issue a credit or refund.
Autowash is not obligated under state or federal law to release or provide surveillance footage to Members except pursuant to a formal legal subpoena.
7. Service Availability
7.1 Location Access
Not all wash types or services are available at every Autowash location.
7.2 Operational Interruptions
Autowash may close locations or suspend operations due to weather, equipment maintenance, safety issues, natural disasters, or other operational needs.
7.3 No Credits for Weather or Downtime
Membership fees are not prorated or refunded due to temporary closures, equipment outages, or weather conditions.
8. Vehicle Safety, Attachments & Customer Liability
8.1 Compliance with Safety Instructions
Members must comply with all posted signage and digital warnings.
8.2 Attachment Restrictions
Vehicles with attachments or modifications extending from the main body may be limited in wash options. Members are responsible for selecting the correct wash type based on the prompts provided.
8.3 Damage Caused by Customer Negligence
Failure to follow safety rules, prompts, or wash-type restrictions may result in damage to Autowash equipment or facilities. The Member, or the Member’s automobile insurance provider, may be financially responsible for such damage.
8.4 Preexisting Damage
Autowash is not responsible for preexisting cosmetic or structural damage, including scratches, dents, or wear.
8.5 No Liability for Incorrect Wash Selection
Autowash is not responsible for damage resulting from a Member selecting an incompatible wash type despite warnings or prompts.
9. Refunds
9.1 No Refunds of Monthly Fees
Monthly Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
9.2 Completed Washes
If a wash completes its intended functions, no refund is available.
9.3 Promotion or Discount Value
Discounts, offers, and rewards carry no cash value and are not refundable.
9.4 Claims & Incident Review
Any claim related to Membership use—including alleged vehicle damage, equipment issues, payment disputes, or Scratch Free Guarantee requests—must be submitted through the Autowash Claim Form as outlined in the General App Terms & Conditions. Autowash will evaluate claims in accordance with the Claims Process described in the General Terms, which governs all investigations and outcomes. Submission of a Membership-related claim does not guarantee compensation or acceptance of liability.
10. Termination by Autowash
10.1 Policy Violations
Autowash may suspend or terminate Membership at any time for:

Tampering with App limits or accessing Membership benefits improperly
10.2 Effect of Termination
Termination may result in the immediate loss of access to Membership benefits. Any Membership-related credits or promotional rewards associated with the account may be voided at Autowash’s discretion. No refunds or prorated amounts will be provided for any remaining time in the current billing cycle.
11. Changes to Membership Terms
Autowash may modify these Membership Terms at any time. Changes may be posted in the App or communicated by email or text. Continued Membership after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. WASH-N-SHARE
These Autowash Wash-N-Share Terms & Conditions (“Wash-N-Share Terms”) govern your participation in the Wash-N-Share add-on (“Wash-N-Share”), which allows an eligible Member to share daily wash access with one additional user (“Shared User”). These Wash-N-Share Terms apply in addition to the Autowash Membership Terms and the Autowash General App Terms & Conditions.
In the event of conflict, these Wash-N-Share Terms control only with respect to Wash-N-Share functionality.
By enrolling in Wash-N-Share, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Active Membership Required
Wash-N-Share is available only to Autowash Members with an active, paid Membership in good standing.
1.2 One Shared User Per Membership
Each Membership may add one (1) Shared User unless otherwise permitted by Autowash.
1.3 Device and App Requirements
The Shared User must download the Autowash App, create an account, and maintain a valid device capable of redeeming washes.
2. How Wash-N-Share Works
2.1 Shared Access to Daily Wash
Wash-N-Share does not increase or provide an additional daily wash. Instead, it allows a Shared User to redeem the Member’s single daily wash from their own device.
2.2 Daily Wash Limit Applies to Both Users
Only one (1) wash per calendar day may be redeemed between the Member and the Shared User.
If either user redeems the daily wash, the other cannot redeem another wash until the next daily reset at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
2.3 Wash Redemption Order
Whichever user starts a wash first on any given day consumes the daily wash for that Membership.

3. Shared User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
The Shared User must maintain their own Autowash App account. Sharing login credentials between individuals is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Compliance With Terms

3.3 Vehicle Requirements
The Shared User must follow all attachment restrictions and wash-type limitations. Incorrect wash selection, negligence, or violation of safety warnings may result in the Shared User—or their insurance—being financially responsible for resulting damage.
4. Member Responsibilities
4.1 Liability for Shared User Activity

4.2 Changes to Shared User
Members may request removal or replacement of the Shared User through Customer Success using the contact information listed in the Membership Terms.
5. Billing & Payments
5.1 Recurring Billing
Wash-N-Share is billed as an add-on fee in accordance with the Member’s existing Membership billing cycle.
5.2 Failed Payments
If the Member’s payment method fails, Wash-N-Share access may be suspended until payment is updated. This follows the failed-payment rules in the Membership Terms.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Cancel Anytime
Members may cancel Wash-N-Share at any time by submitting a written request via email using the contact information provided in the Membership Terms.
6.2 Cancellation Timing
Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid charges for the next period.
6.3 No Refunds
Fees already charged for Wash-N-Share are non-refundable. If canceled, the add-on remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
7. Misuse, Abuse & Termination
7.1 Misuse or Fraud
Autowash may suspend or terminate Wash-N-Share access for:

Attempting to bypass daily limits

Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity

Safety violations

Interference with App functionality
7.2 Termination of Membership
If the Member’s primary Membership is suspended or terminated for any reason, Wash-N-Share access terminates automatically.
7.3 No Prorated Refunds
Autowash does not issue prorated refunds for terminated or suspended Wash-N-Share privileges.
8. Vehicle Safety, Liability & Damage
8.1 Shared User Treated as Member for Liability Purposes
Damage caused by the Shared User is treated as if caused by the Member. Autowash requires claims to be submitted through the Autowash Claim Form
as described in the General Terms.
8.2 Incorrect Wash Selection
Autowash is not responsible for damage resulting from an incompatible wash selection made by either the Member or the Shared User.
8.3 Negligence and Equipment Damage
If the Shared User’s actions cause damage to Autowash equipment or facilities, the Member—or the Member’s or Shared User’s insurance—may be held financially responsible.
9. Changes to Wash-N-Share Terms
Autowash may update or modify these Wash-N-Share Terms at any time. Continued use of Wash-N-Share after changes are communicated or posted in the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
