Starting an Autowash franchise built by Autowash requires $500,000 in capital to begin the process and a net worth of at $1 million is preferred.
Want to build your own location? Expect to invest at least $2 Million if you are going to finance the project. A new Autowash will cost around $6 Million or more including land, A&E, construction and equipment.
It is imperative that you have sufficient working capital to support your business during your first months of operating.
What areas are available for Autowash Franchises now?
Autowash was founded in, and operates exclusively in Colorado at this time. Our earliest available franchise locations will all be within the Mountain States region. However, we have nationwide aspirations for the brand and want you to be a part of that journey! How long does it take to start an Autowash Franchise?
The timeline depends on several factors, including available sites in development, the region in which you are hoping to open your franchise, permitting and construction. On an existing or developed site, the timeline to take possession of your Autowash Franchise could be as soon as 3-6 months from the time of commitment. On greenfield development projects (building from the ground up) the timeline can be as much as a couple of years. The specifics of your franchise project would be estimated during the initial interview process.
