Capital Requirements:
Starting an Autowash franchise built by Autowash requires minimum $500,000 in capital to begin the process and a net worth of at $1 million is preferred.

Want to build your own location? Expect to invest at least 20 percent if you are going to finance the project. A new Autowash will cost as little as $1.7 Million depending on the scale of your Autowash including land, A&E, construction and equipment and can cost as much as $7 million.

What areas are available for Autowash Franchises now?
Autowash was founded in, and operates exclusively in Colorado at this time. However, we have nationwide aspirations for the brand and want you to be a part of that journey! Complete the franchise inquiry form with your preferred state/area for consideration and secure your spot in line for when opportunities become available. Most areas will require a commitment to multiple units, minimum of 5 units in an area. Some areas will require at least 10 units of development.
How long does it take to start an Autowash Franchise?
The timeline depends on several factors, including available sites in development, the region in which you are hoping to open your franchise, permitting and construction. For greenfield development projects (building from the ground up) , the timeline can be about 2 years from identifying a location to the completion of construction, depending on the timing for A&E and Permits. The specifics of your franchise project would be estimated during the initial interview process.
