1.3 Video and Operational Data

To ensure safety, security, and accurate claim review, Autowash facilities record:

• High-definition video of vehicles entering and exiting wash bays

• Operational data (equipment logs, wash cycle activity, error logs)

• Video may contain images of vehicles, license plates, and individuals.

We use this data solely for safety, quality assurance, claims review, and internal operational purposes.

Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from marketing texts. You may still receive essential account-related messages.

• Tax and audit requirements

Video footage is retained for a limited period unless needed for claims or investigations.
